An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm measurements, customisation, availability, delivery details, or payment. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is not authorised, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, the amount received for the cancelled item will be returned through the original payment method.
